  • The data captured and stored on the card, including Covid vaccination and other medical information, is in accordance with the POPIA ACT.

  • The QR Code will store all the information requested and is protected by a secure hologram.

  • Covid Vaccination Card and Proof of Vaccination Code Number Captured and stored.

  • When proof of the Covid Vaccination is requested, we will with the consent of the client supply proof of the Vaccination when required.

  • All employment Background Checks done are stored in our Secure POPI cloud-based Vault.

  • Qualification Certificates proof of Courses Done (First- AID, Trade Papers) all stored securely and available with consent.

  • Scan the QR Code an employer or employment agency or site manager can request the background checks done no need to have checks redone.

The Trusted Vault

Vault Features

  • The data we store on every individual is housed in a unique and secure digital space, which we call the vault.

  • The vault is an electronic safety deposit box that holds all the information related to a specific person.

  • This information typically comprises basic details such as an individual’s identity number, name, photograph and fingerprint, but may also include more complex data, such as background checks that have been requested by our clients.

  • The unique identifier for each vault is an individual’s identity number or, in the case of non-South African citizens, a passport number.

  • Vaults can be hosted on our clients’ premises or through the cloud environment and can be viewed individually or from our web portal.

  • Detailed reports on every vault are available for download.
